Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bollr (the “Service”), operated by Old School Kreativz (Pty) Ltd (“Bollr”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Bollr is

Bollr is a research and information tool. It shows historical statistics — how often outcomes such as goals, corners and cards have occurred — to help you review sports fixtures and betting slips. Bollr is not a bookmaker. We do not accept bets, take deposits, pay out winnings, or facilitate gambling. Nothing on the Service is a guarantee of any future result or a recommendation to place any bet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age for gambling-related activity in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are authenticated through our identity provider (Clerk). Notify us at support@bollrapp.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription or pass. On the web, payments are processed by Paystack; on mobile, purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play via RevenueCat. Prices, billing periods and renewal terms are shown at the point of purchase. Store purchases are subject to the applicable store’s refund policy; contact us for billing questions.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute our data or statistics.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. No warranty

Statistics are derived from third-party data and may be incomplete, delayed or inaccurate. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. You use it at your own risk and are solely responsible for any decisions you make.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bollr and Old School Kreativz (Pty) Ltd are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including gambling losses, arising from your use of the Service.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
